2. What this site is
The site presents the Vista Rio event space in Alcácer do Sal and lets you ask for information and quotes.
The information published here (descriptions, capacities, photographs and included services) is for information only and is not a contractual offer. The conditions for each event are those set out in the quote we send you.
3. Quotes and bookings
- Sending an enquiry through the form does not guarantee availability and does not create a booking.
- Each quote is personalised and states the price, what is included and the conditions that apply, including those for changes and cancellation.
- A booking is only confirmed once full payment is made.
- Private chef meals are available on request and quoted separately.
4. Suppliers and external links
The suppliers listed on the site are independent of Vista Rio. You contract with them directly, and Vista Rio is not responsible for their services, prices or availability.
The site contains links to third-party websites, which we do not control and whose content we are not responsible for.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Capstone Ventures, Lda or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written consent.
6. Liability
We try to keep the information correct and up to date and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the site or of third-party sites it links to.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives to consumers.
7. Complaints book
You can submit a complaint in the Portuguese electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
8. Alternative dispute resolution for consumers
In the event of a dispute, consumers may turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body:

More information on the Portuguese Consumer Portal at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute falls to the court of the district where the company has its registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.
